on top of crowders mountain in NC

my brother has been living in North Carolina for a year or so. He sent this picture to me. He took it up on the top of Crowders Mountain. It looks just like the mountains that get painted in Chinese paintings. Who would have guessed such things existed here, and east of the Mississippi at that!
